نطاق الخدمات: تقدم OOZ خدمات إدارة حسابات التجارة الإلكترونية، تحسين الكتالوجات، أتمتة مسارات العمل، والتحليلات المالية للمنصات الرائدة. نحن نعمل كمزود خدمة معتمد يدير العمليات نيابة عن مالك الحساب.
التزامات المستخدم: يجب على العملاء تقديم معلومات تجارية دقيقة ومنح التصاريح اللازمة لواجهات برمجة التطبيقات (عبر OAuth) لتمكين تقديم الخدمة. يظل العملاء مسؤولين بالكامل عن جودة منتجاتهم، دقة عمليات التجهيز، والامتثال للشروط القانونية الخاصة بمنصات البيع النهائية.
الملكية الفكرية: تظل جميع مسارات العمل المؤتمتة، الحلول البرمجية، ولوحات التحكم التحليلية التي طورتها OOZ ملكية فكرية حصرية لنا. يُمنح العملاء ترخيصاً محدوداً لاستخدام هذه الأدوات خلال فترة العقد النشط.
القانون الحاكم: تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسر وفقاً لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية والأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية، بناءً على الكيان المتعاقد.
Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using the OOZ website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our platform.
Scope of Services: OOZ provides e-commerce account management, catalog optimization, workflow automation, and financial analytics for leading third-party marketplaces. We act as an authorized service provider managing operations on behalf of the account owner.
User Obligations: Clients must provide accurate business information and grant necessary API authorizations (via OAuth) to enable service delivery. Clients remain entirely responsible for their own product quality, fulfillment accuracy, and compliance with the end-marketplace's legal terms.
Intellectual Property: All automated workflows, software solutions, and analytical dashboards developed by OOZ remain our exclusive intellectual property. Clients are granted a limited license to utilize these tools during the active contract period.
Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the applicable regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, depending on the contracting entity.

Third-Party Sharing: OOZ does not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business information. We do not share data with any outside parties, third-party vendors, or external marketing organizations.
Cookies and Tracking: Our website utilizes essential cookies to ensure site functionality and secure user sessions. We may use analytic cookies to understand traffic patterns and optimize the user experience.
User Rights: You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data stored on our servers. Requests can be initiated by contacting our support team.
سياسة حماية البيانات (DPP)
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات والتخلص من PII: تلتزم OOZ بحد أقصى للاحتفاظ بالبيانات يبلغ 30 يوماً لأي معلومات تعريف شخصية (PII) يتم جلبها من منصات التجارة الإلكترونية المدمجة. تتم جدولة استعلامات قاعدة البيانات المؤتمتة لحذف جميع بيانات المشترين والطلبات بشكل دائم ونهائي في موعد لا يتجاوز 30 يوماً بعد تسليم الطلب.
أمن الشبكات والبنية التحتية: يتم عزل جميع مسارات العمل المؤتمتة وقواعد البيانات داخل شبكات حاويات آمنة (Containerized Networks). تتم حماية البنية التحتية للخوادم من خلال تكوينات جدار حماية صارمة (UFW)، مما يقيد الوصول إلى البروتوكولات الآمنة الأساسية فقط. لا يتم كشف قواعد البيانات أبداً للإنترنت العام.
التشفير والتحكم في الوصول: يتم تشفير جميع البيانات أثناء النقل باستخدام بروتوكولات HTTPS و TLS 1.2 أو أعلى. لا يتم أبداً كتابة مفاتيح واجهة برمجة التطبيقات (API Keys) وكلمات المرور في الأكواد البرمجية، وتتم إدارتها بأمان عبر متغيرات بيئة مشفرة. يقتصر الوصول إلى الأنظمة داخلياً بناءً على مبدأ الصلاحيات الأقل، مع فرض المصادقة الثنائية (MFA).
خطة الاستجابة للحوادث: في حالة الاشتباه بوجود خلل أمني، تنفذ OOZ خطة محددة مسبقاً للاستجابة للحوادث. يشمل ذلك العزل الفوري لأجزاء الشبكة المتأثرة، القضاء السريع على الثغرات، والالتزام بإخطار فرق الأمان الخاصة بمنصات التجارة الإلكترونية المعنية رسمياً خلال 24 ساعة من الاكتشاف.
Data Protection Policy (DPP)
Data Retention & PII Disposal: OOZ strictly adheres to a 30-day data retention limit for any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) retrieved from integrated e-commerce marketplaces. Automated database queries are scheduled to permanently hard-delete all order and buyer PII no later than 30 days after order delivery.
Network & Infrastructure Security: All automated workflows and databases are isolated within secure containerized networks. Server infrastructure is protected by strict firewall configurations (UFW), restricting access to essential secure protocols only. Databases are never exposed directly to the public internet.
Encryption & Access Control: All data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS and TLS 1.2 or higher protocols. API keys and credentials are never hardcoded and are securely managed via encrypted environment variables. Access to systems is restricted internally based on the principle of least privilege, requiring multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Incident Response Plan: In the event of a suspected security anomaly, OOZ executes a predefined Incident Response Plan. This includes immediate isolation of affected network segments, prompt eradication of vulnerabilities, and a commitment to officially notify the respective marketplace security teams within 24 hours of detection.
